My Car Shut Down On Me! Help Wanted

So ive been working al ot on my car the last year. Today i was picking it up because the climate control was rehooked up after we moevd it to where the cupholders were. Anyways the car went into anti theft mode and cannot be turned on...we did everything the manual says but it wouldnt start. Thank god that a GM dealership was 2 min away and we were able to push the car there....after all i lowered it and have a bodykit on the car so it would have cost me a fortune otherwise...anyways so i have an aftermarket alarm and the projector headlights with HID's...but tyhey have all been in the car for a long time already...can anyone shed light on the problem...GM is running a diagnostic and will get back to me today

Any knowledgeable guesses would be nice

by the way i got the wiring on the aftermarket alarm done at a shop that has a rep for being ****..which i found out alter unfortunately...they say it might be a problem with electrical currents and the key chip but im not sure nor do i know much about that stuff

They just told me it has nothing to do with the alarm...that when they wre taking out the climate control and rewiring it that they didnt ground the car properly or take out the battery and it blew the body control module....and it caused multiple fuses to blow...its gonna cost me 700 to repair...so i caleld the shop working on my car and freaked at them...they better cover the costs or else im going to court
