Does the RK Sport spoiler bolt on to the original spoiler holes or do new holes need to be drilled? How do the 2 side pieces go on? thanks..

Our spoiler was built with the LS and LT inmind. (No factory spoiler)

(For the car pictured above the front most holes would have to be filled.)

The middle section bolts on with supplied hardware after following instructions to drill the trunk lid. the side sections are securley held in place with 3M tape.

Hope this helps.

Why are people trying to mod a Cobalt sedan???
But the two end peices are held on with double sided tape???

I've responded to about 15 PM's about this same question, maybe this thread will help my inbox. :)

The rk unit covers the bottom two holes (doesn't line up for bolts but it covers them) but the top two holes are just barely above the top of the spoiler. You will need to get a couple of holes patched.

Hope this helps!
