Ok I bought an 06 ss/sc. Yesterday when I put cai on it had been choped.I also noticed a silver pullie. I don't know if its been reflashed new injector or any thing. when the dealer brought it to me they filled it up with regular gas(boost about 10-12psi).So I ran it out and put primium in and boost goes to 15-17psi.How can I tell if stg2 has been put on right.

correct me if i'm wrong, but when i got mine installed the dealer put a reflash sticker next to my gm performance badge under my hood, 15 psi is normal, are you getting any knocking noises under the hood?
If its a bland silver pulley then chances are its a 2.8 pulley if your boosting over 15 psi. Like the previous poster stated, check to see if you hit the rev limiter at 6800 to 7k. If it gets that high then you have a different flash.
I think he's saying he bought a used car and the dealer didn't/couldn't tell him squat about it.
I think it has an aftermarket pulley on it since it is silver instead of black and its going above 15 psi. Does the rev limiter show itself at 6500 RPM or higher?
The dealer put my emissions sticker on the bottom edge of the hood instead of next to the performance division badge.

shiz didnt even think to tell him that... i got the sticker, it just says reflashed and has a date, i'm thinkin u have nothing to worry about just another tally mark to add to the dealership fu*kups list.
Aren't stage 1 and 2 the same tune anyway? Either way he still has more because of the silver pulley. Look at the injectors too. If they are green then they are stock.
Well I've been seeing people changing out those cheap bolts anyway so can't go on that and be 100% sure. Also it's a silver pulley so that's not a stage 2 pulley there. BTW, is it a modular pulley (bolts holding it on), or a press on?
