Questions regarding HALO Projector Head Lights

Hey ppl,

Just a quick question I wanted to find out if anyone from AB has purchased these from online vendors - are there any that you'd recommend going with and has anyone purchased / installed the HID kits with these ? Are these illegal in AB? I know some states they are but I couldn't find anything specific to Alberta.

Thanks for the help ppl.

-James

I HIGHLY recommend Cobalt_Addiction. Kenny was very easy to deal with.

As for the HID's....I have no idea because I do not have them!

As far as I know they are perfectly legal in Alberta. I have not had any harassments from the po po.

Wicked - Very nice dude thanks I think I will pick em up ASAP now ^_^

I was on Ebay and they have a set on there that comes pre-wired with the HID for 300 or the base set w/o for 190... I talked to my mechanic friend and he said he just bought a pair and put them in his truck and it cost him close to 300 just for the kit so I guess getting it for 110 as an upgrade is good too...

Either way I'll double check with Cobalt Addiction - rather give it to some place I've seen great quality from before than some random ebay house.

I'm not from AB, but i may be the first in SK with Halos and/or HIDS. The electrical isn't hard, aiming isn't hard, just taking them in and out to aim them is annoying. And hopefully you get ones with good LEDs!
Halos with Onex 6000K HIDs. PIAA 4000K foglights. Halos from NGA, HIDs from Uneek. $500 CDN all told, to my door.

I love my projectors. It's just you have to take a week off of work to aim them.

Awesome thanks so much guys for the pics and replys definately helps make the decision easier...

Anyone know a good dealer to get them through... I'd like to support Cobalt Addiction but @ $229 vs RK Sport (ebay store) @ $169 // $289 (w/ HID kit installed) its a fair bit of coin...

Anyone have a reputable Ebay Store they would recommend?
