Would of had more, but someone taped 45 minutes of the inside of a plastic bag and killed the battery.

Yeah Paul did damn well. I need to seriously work on my RT but otherwise I was getting the speeds. Fastest run was a 14.307 @ 99.09.

Some traction mods and Axles will prolly be a great help to me. I baby the clutch too much at the start.

CA#1 springs... look and work pretty damn well. Now just gotta work on stiffening up my rear to keep from transfering the weight to the rear and keeping it on the front. I'm picking up their coilovers soon, so that should help a lot

check my VB garage.

Should be faster, but I'm still on the stock clutch so I granny shift and don't launch that hard. If I left at #k rpm I'd be in the 12's easy. I was only pullin 2.06 60's on pretty much all the passes, but I know I can hit 1.80's if I did burnouts and left harder. Just trying to keep the car in one piece

Have u ever tried putting a couple airbags in the rear springs . Its pretty effective for cheap .

not yet, I was looking into a set of drag bags, those would definitely help out with the launch. I could def see/feel the car unloading the front every launch. I need the coilovers though cause I having issues with the tires expanding and hitting the bottom of the struts ober 100mph

To be honest I'm very disapointed in your best time. How was the weather and track conditions? I'm pulling 13.6s @ 106 on avg. so I would think your car would be in the high 12s easy. 13.3 is still pretty damn good though. Is that with your turbo swap or are you still supercharged?

Edit Post: Never mind, I see you still are supercharged. Checked out your VB garage. I love the pic with the CA heat exchanger and your head lights out. Right now my car looks exactly the same sitting on jack stands. Should be finished this week, I hope.

still supercharged, and as I said, granny shifting, and didn't leave hard. If I launched around 3000 rpm and did a burnout before, I would definitely be in th 12's. I'm also still on the stock clutch now with over 50 passes on it and 23000 miles, I'm trying to keep my car in one piece for a bit since I"m starting a turbo monte carlo setup in 2 weeks and need the balt for work (selling my mkVIII).

Damn I suck. Oh wait...first time at the track. I still must not understand bracket racing at all. I thought during quals you had to run the closest time possible to your Dial In and the person who was closest after the race won out of the 2. Well the math I did says the white SRT (Pauls female nemesis) was .136 seconds over her Dial and I was .135 over my dial but she won. Am I missing something?

Nice runs! No offence Paul, but your car sounds like doody

I can't imagine running at the track in June MID-DAY!!! It was 112 yesterday

^Thats why AZ racing season is ass backwards from pretty much everywhere else in the country

yeah I know car sounds like crap.. damn CTI 3" setup, resonator melted. I haven't had a chance to order a new one yet, but I"ll be at C/A tomorrow and see if I can quiet it down a bit.

If I wasn't bracket racing yesterday, and working on consistancy (and keeping my car together) It def woulda went faster.

But I"m pickin up a new project in about a week or two, so this was the balts last track outing
