i just installed a megan racing cat back. does anyone know how to remove the silencer?

 

Take the bolts out and pull hard!

 

Yeah take out the bolt and its good to take it out when the exhaust is still somewhat warm.

 

this thing is a bitch. i couldnt do it lol

 

Take the bolts out put screw drivers in the holes and pushe back in the screw drivers which will push it out a little bit and then get some pliers and tug like a bitch!

 

yea that silencer is somewhat hard to get out, i took of the bolts and put a rag over the center hole and took some pliers and pulled. i absolutely love this exhaust, i did have a problem with where the muffler sits but that was because one of the hanger on the muffler was bent, it is fixed now and looks great.
