this one if for the electricians on the site!

so i was looking at new era performance and i found some flowmatched high impedence 60# injectors, and was wondering... possible to crack open some regular 60's and install a higher impedence resistor in the circuit? and if so, is it possible to find some diagrams or some sort of explanation on these? or better yet, install resistors on the wiring harness? good idea bad idea? maybe someone can measure the resistance changes between regular flows and high impedence! thanks!

bump, bad night for a post like this? i think if we figure this out it would be a great help to everyone with new injectors!

one more bump for the night! off too bed

The injectors have an inherent amount of resistance and it would be impossible to modify them, so you need to add the resistance in series with them. You could measure the impedance of the stock injectors and use any resistor box in series with them that had 4 resistors and increased the impedence to the stock amount. Also, I believe you can buy resistor packs that will plug into the harness so you can use low impedance injectors on a high impedance system. I am not sure where you could find them but if you search for this top on google you will get alot of info on doing this and it is easily done.
