Need help!!

ok i just paid 300 for a supposed MINT intake manifold for my M62.
Well turned out on the driver sid top where it bolts to the head the tab is missing, now im not going to put it on this way because im not a half ass, plus ive dumped way too much money to do this stupid kind of thing.. So i guess is what im asking is there someone out there who would be nice enough to trade with me?? seriously, i need some help with this badly....

pleeze what will it take?

Why not take it to a machine shop and have them weld on a new tab and drill and tap it for you?

I've seen some shops work miricles with parts I'd swear are trash can bound.

my father is an aircraft mechanic at NASA and he said its pretty much garbage..

Whatever man I was just saying is all. We have a local shop that got a $50,000 set of aluminum racing heads off a monster truck that broke a valve off and sucked it bach thru the other intake runners and destroyed them! 2 weeks later and $5000 worth of work you could never tell they were destroyed!

Not to sound rude but just cause NASA says its trash doesn't mean it can't be fixed. I'd at least check if I were you, I mean its free to ask questions.

Thats why I suggested checking a machine shop to see if it can be fixed.

See I love the peeps on here a lot of them know what they're talking about, just gotta be calm about situations and take what peeps say to consideration ;P GJ on getting it fixed and G/L with it, hopefully it all works out for you.

it has no leaks and so for im unable to know how much boost i have..what ever a 2.5 gives me...lol
