 Not too excited.

Keep in mind that this is my FIRST manual car. I was using Exxon 93 octane. I took some advice from a member on this board and took it extremely slow off the line my first time. This resulted in a 15.1 @ 93

My second time around (an hour and a half later because somebody's car fell apart on the track) I rev'd up to around 1,500 rpm and then hammered it. I ran a 14.8 @ 96 :)

Then my girlfriend was being a complete bitch and was cold so she bitched me into leaving.

I'll be going back again hopefully without my bitch girlfriend :-D

exactly the reason why i don't have a girlfriend. i can't stand the bitching.

#1 lesson learned: NEVER bring a girl to the track.

i think you guys should show respect to your girlfriends...she prolly has no clue what our infactuation is with cars but went because she is a good g/f to be nice to you...i know i dont know her so i shouldnt tell u how to treat her, but no girl should be treated like that...btw, nice times!

Same here, I wanted to go to a car meet and my gf said she'd go with me. I was like really? You really want to go? And she was like yes, because I want to be with you :). (aww) But yeah, I know she would be bored as hell and would probably be telling me to slow down the whole time I'm driving but I just thought it was nice of her to say that. She was rewarded for saying that :) or I was....I guess we both were but i think im giving out a little too much info.....

I took my wife to the track once, she enjoyed the first few runs, but it soon got boring as typically it would for a woman... think of it as a guy going into fabricland.

Nice times.
