Are you running larger injectors? If not you need to alter your tune because they be close to if not already maxed out.

It's nice to see a company really working on putting out some aftermarket parts for the 2.4 :

Do you know if this will work with the Ingalls ETD? I know my AEM just barely clears it with no issues, but your intake is shaped a little bit differently.

To bad it would throw a code on the Ion 2.4's. The ions MAF is really touchy.

Still, I wonder how this intake stacks up against the 2.2 AEM/Injen intakes we've all been using. If only we had some dyno sheets from a stock 2.4SS w/ an AEM/Injen vs. the Rebel Autoworxs CAI, then i'd really know whether or not to change out my AEM for this CAI. AEM and Injen claim 7hp peak gains, but thats test data from a 2.2.

I like the beneath the headlight idea, getting a lot of air from the front lower grill. Still waiting on whether or not it will interfere with the Ingalls ETD. How much power do you think this could make with 32# injectors and a good tune?

Yeah, the GM stock tune is WAAAY to rich, which causes the injectors to get close to maxing out. So far, if you lean it out just a little, the duty cycle goes down.

Very true, my IDC's do not go over 80% after tweaking with my PE table.

My filter sits in the exact same place, its a very similar set up to this. The Ingalls ETD still fits fine, its close but no touching.

Awesome. How long is this GB going? I want it, but it might be a month or less until I have money. <-- Hates being a poor college student, but that's why he's in college.

Don't Quote me on this, but once I changed my injectors to the stock SS/SC ones, my IDCs were in the high 40's, I think. I lost HPT when my laptop crashed a month back so I lost all of my log files.

bump, so no one wants an intake (other than the ones who need to wait for funds)??

I checked with another car side by side with an ingals damper and it looks like it will clear, if not we will modify accordingly before we ship.

Sorry.......i'd def buy now if I could, but im gonna have to wait awhile on this one. I gotta get around to installing my SS/SC injectors and get it tuned w/ HP Tuners before I do anything else. Then im gonna do the Progress rear sway bar, but hopefully I can talk my girlfriend into buying that for me when she buys her springs for her Tibby, since the tuning shop we're going through (PTuning, local to us) carries both her springs and my sway bar. Lame.....I know.....but i've earned it driving her all over gods creation the past 2 1/2 years, lol.

Would you be able to swap out the blue silicon connectors and filter for black ones? Also, plan on lowering the price any time soon? All the intakes 2.4's are using (AEM, Injen, K&N, GMPP, Weapon-R) are priced around $250.00.

I'll likely buy this intake over the new K&N SRI if the price was lower. I originally wanted the new K&N SRI b/c I'm fed up w/ my CAI and my area's weather, but I don't think the K&N will fit w/ my Ingalls ETD, so I'm looking at your CAI now. The main thing is that I want an intake engineered for a 2.4SS to replace my 2.2 CAI.

The pics are of my car. I have the intake. They took such good care of me.

The intake is MINT.... Look at those welds. VERY impressed with the way it turned out. Polished stainless steel FTW. BIG notice in terms of power. I have an automatic transmission and with a bad launch I timed in at 16.1 at the track AFTER my intake and a 16.4 before the intake with a better launch! Well worth the money. Very loud, sounds great!
