What Drag Radial do our cars like??
What Drag Radial do our cars like??
every car has the drag radial that "sucks"
im buying 2 16" x 7 rims off tirerack at like 17lbs, and i want to run a 245/50/16-255/50/16 Drag Radial.
I can buy a 255/50/16 BFG Drag Radial 2 for $150, or a 245/50/16 Nitto 555r for $175
What do you guys think?

I do not hear much about the Nitto's. As for the BFG, I have those on a 17" rim. Did not use them yet but my friend has them for his Chevelle. He recomended the BFG to me.
Reasons why he liked them:
1. Can use them on the street legally.
2. They last a long time. This is his second season with the same set. Goes to the track at least 5-6 times a year. Still not much wear on the tires and he uses them on the street from time to time.
3. Not expensive for what you get. Bang for the buck.
4. Last but not least, Traction and lower 1/4th mile times. He says I should gain at the very least half of second in the 1/4th. Most likly more.
