RICER VIDEO...LMAO and cried in pain!
Rice isn't about what you did to your car, but how you did it. Nothing to do with what type of car either. Sorry but the people giving you crap about your or our cars being rice for tasteful or ACTUAL performance enhancing are just misinformed on what RICE IS. RICE = TACKY, it's slang, its how the english language works, meanings change over time. A well done TC, Honda, or Cobalt are not rice, the "stickers only, talk a lot of trash guy" is.

Rice has no true meaning and never will. Why?
It's like me looking at a Ferrari and thinking it looks good and some girl thinking it's ugly. It's a straight opinion. Some people like stickers and crap like that...they did it cause they evidentally think it looked nice to them.
As far as the word rice, it's a derogative word that stemmed from Americans "downing" the Japanesse. It's now somehow accepted as "slang". It's just like the word ****** to me. Such a negative word and way of using a word is now a slang term that is accepted by alot of people.
Note: Accepted doesn't mean it's right.
well...
um...
Hey look over there!

See I fully understand with what you're saying but there is only 1 problem

I agree with Adam...I figure to call something "rice" is kinda stupid because it is an opinion. Who are you or who am I to decide what is an isn't tacky on someone else's ride. If they like it, so be it they pay for it and it gets them from A to B(sometimes)...lol so, its whatever.
It's like saying to someone "Your house is ugly, buy a new one". I'd be like "Bitch, did you buy my ****? No? Then **** you."
I actually told this one guy off cause he was bitching about how loud my car was (some ******** neighbor) and he got in my face. I never cursed someone out so bad in my life and I told him "Do you pay for my insurance? Do you pay for anything on my car? No! Then shut the **** up!"
LOL
Sticker all you want, just don't tell me there is something there that isn't I.E. FRONT, the sticker is cool, I get it. Now when I try and talk to you because I am generally interested in what you did to you car because its my hobby too, and you can't, because you didn't, even though you said you did like 5 minutes ago, or all over the internet, then that pisses me off. So I guess I'll just call them ******** like they are.

Common ground I love it.
I assume that some people would call my intake "RICE" since I just used spectra 3" from the airbox to the throttle body and smoothed the factory lower air funnel and threw in a K&N panel filter. As opposed to buying the $350 intake, but it works and it was $260 cheaper, so I see your point.
I also refuse to use the "N" word, its the same as someone calling me a **** even though my grandparents left in '38 (Thank ellis island for not speaking german and our lastname now being Arensdorf, which was the city they left, not their ******* last name!)

Don't worry, Statue of Liberty is a *****. You saw the way she let all 5 ghost busters in her at once?! They rode her all around that city and she loved every bit of it!
