How would u go about getting the high spoiler which does not come stock on the 07 cobalts, would you go to the dealer or somewhere else, and which would be cheaper ?

trading really saves money if you find someone me and carlos traded saving him 300-400 and saving me 500 to 600 he wanted no spoiler i wanted hi mount

 

I have an 07 but don't have the high rise, I too want one, but when I recover from buying my car, the first mod I will do is an exhaust. Let's see do i want a spoiler that does nothing for performance, or an exhaust?....Exhaust. I can't see spending 600 dollars for a spoiler painted and installed just yet...I can buy an exhaust for that much money and always get the spoiler later on.

 

I was going to say mine came with the high rise too and its an 07. wasnt a dealer add on either, but yes try finding someone to trade with itll be your best bet

 

its cheaper to order a carbon fiber section high rise spoiler from ebay. pretty much u get the cf middle section and the 2 towers primed..paint em the colour of ur car and u have one badass spoiler thats cheaper then your factory high rise

 

You can find them cheaper on ebay or on several websites. Try crateenginedepot.com or gmpartsdirect.com.

This is the part number - 12499803 - Oh, and make sure you tell your dealer they are full of ****, as the part is pre-painted and requires a good 20 minutes and a 4th grade education to install if you have the other spoiler already.
