everyone with rims on a SS/SC, chime in!!!!

Im getting 18's axis mods and i need to know what the minimum offset and what the maximum offset is??

ive got 18s with a 35mm offset tires are 225/40 r 18 and when i hit hard bumps the back right rubs

so what offset can i go with, yall arent answering my question a 35mm offset is what on our ss/sc's?? what if i go with a 45mm offset
