I honestly don't know, but I would look into magnuson:

They seem to have agreements w/ Eaton and offer to rebuild "M" series blowers...

Joe, try calling Intense, I've heard that is the best way to get an answer regarding what they can and can't do. Aparently, they offer more than what's on their site. It's all about the communication...

And Onyx...

Great sig picture. Everytime I think of that movie, all I can hear is, "Are you ******* w/ me?" Makes me want to play checkers.

Ok, thanks, will do. I guess I gotta go pull the blower apart and double check it first. Either that or send the whole ******* thing to stiegemeier and let them handle it. I don't need another ******* project right now. Thanks for your help man!

Not me. I bought a spare blower to play with, it was mildly ported and stuff, I daily drive my car so if I wanted to port my blower I wanted an extra one.
Well, I had been helping out Brian (yellowcobaltss05 on here) with his car, it seemed like he might be having some bypass valve or TPS issues, so I switched out my whole blower assembly with his. Next day, he messages me that the car siezed up. I went yesterday and pulled it off, found a screwdriver bit loose between the blower and TB. Not sure how it got there, since I have never used a screwdrive with changeable ends I know it wasn't me. Whatever happened, now my blower is fucked, so I gotta find out what its gonna cost and he's gonna work something out with me on the cost.

Man that really sucks. You were just trying to help the guy out and now you are out a blower. How the hell does a bit get up there to begin with? Assuming he is running a filter, I don't see that happening. That or someone took off the breather hose and droped it in...

Oh, wow...

BTW, FYI, we've actually made contact w/ someone at Eaton and he clarified the correct way to port the blower for maximum efficiency. Take a look:

I know, right about now I don't even want to **** with it. I already spent a couple hundred on this one, and now it might be totally shot. I'll update later after I break it apart and if my camera wants to work i'll get pics.

Tell me about it. I am ******* disgusted with his car. Anything that can go wrong has. He wants to put it back to stock-ish and trade it in, and I couldn't agree more. I am going to have to stop helping people, it always bites me in the ass.

I bet. A shitty scenario, is what that right there is...

Best of luck figuring out what you're going to do!

Well my rotors started to contact the case so I had a retarded idea of litely wizzing the edges of the rotors. I know only see 16psi with a 2.6 pulley!

Somehow, it picked up a screwdriver bit, like the interchangeable ones, while on another members car for all of 2 days.

I'm not sure, only the one corner where the rotor was damaged has marks on it, and nothing like the damage to the rotor itself. The housing I think can be re-finished, its not in a critical spot either.

garage sale, like $500 each. You would have better luck getting used ones for the money.
