Special thanks to GTP and Vector Motorsports

GTP gave me a awesome deal on his ECU. Vector Motorsports, converted it to my VIN, 91 Octane, etc...
GTP(George) was so great to deal with, felt like I was talking to someone I knew all my life.

Just got the crank relearn done, for free!
I'm only home to clean the car and eat...then I'm back out again.

Now your asking "Wuts this doin in the 2.4L forum"?.....

Well I tell you why, the car is a ******* beast, the way she should have came factory
Its midrange is absolutly amazing, feels like a V6 with the pull it got. Low range, the tires are spinning when I gun it while still moving in first...lol 5TH gear has a really nice pull now, before she would slowly move from 130-150 KPH, now its just a tap of the gas lol

GTP, you saved me a lot of money and I met a really nice guy in the process.
Chris @ Vector helped bigtime as well.

The only thing I can think of to honor GTP is tell some great over the top street racing stories and get a dyno done.

Thanks GTP(George) for everything, you put a big smile on this Cobalt drivers face.

Now for the rest of you, get the Vector tune. Take it from me, when you look down at your speedo and cannot believe you got to that certain speed so quickly, you'll take the Vector tune to bed with you.

Thanks Jeff for the props- you too were a cool guy to deal with . Very patient and honest makes meeting someone new a very enjoyable experience. If you are ever in PA (near Pittsburgh) holler, we'll grab an Iron City! (beer)

I am glad you like the tune. I told you it was the real deal. Now I can't wait to read your kill stories..

The only code that I had was for the Crank Calibration failed thing.
It's a usual thing and it's a 2 min job with a Tech 2 computer @ your local dealership.

Now there is no Check engine light, just power...raw unadulterated power

Are any of you guys running an auto? I'm curious what the shifts are like at part throttle (normal driving)..the DHP I had on my GTP was a little harsh in this area. I just realized Vectormotorsports is only like a half hour from my house, I could probably drive there and get it flashed.
