Question Lowering and bigger tire size.

I'm getting new tires this week or next week, and instead of going with the stock 215/45R18, I want to go with a 225 series. Next month I'm going to lower it, probably with Sportlines. Am I going to have any trouble with it lowered with a bigger tire size? I don't think going up to a 225 and lowering it like 1 inch will become a problem, but I just want to be sure.

No issues.. you have folks like PlaysWitCars and RemedyOne Running 19's and others running 20 with no issues so you'll be fine.. Plus the 225 is moreso related to the width... there isnt going be too much of a diff in height for the 215/45 and 225/45
