Why the 22nd? In the NOVA thread we have all agreed the best time for a meet is friday night or saturday afternoon to night. People have work and school and more people will show up if its on the weekends.

Any particular reason for the 22nd though?

Do you know where dulles airport is? It's in the herndon/loudon area. Almost on the border. It's down that area. Take route 28 and you will reach it 10 minutes from the airport. My last house was almost split down the middle between the two haha.
