I have always thought about doing that, but just completely blacked out I am yet to realize what those are for. Do the work w/ the turn signals? Breaks? or what?! Just got the balt not too long ago.

 

they are more of a reflector i think. looks good

 

i believe they work wiht the turning signals lol

 

the edges are lighter so it gives a nice ring around the light. the middle of the bowtie is centered over the bulb and when it lights up the bowtie glows and there is a ring around it much like there is with the 3rd brake light decals.

will get pics when i can. The lights are just side markers and they are one when your lights are on

 

The side marker lights come on with your headlights. They don't blink. Amber in the front (in the headlamp), red in the rear. They are so people can see you from the side at night. They have thier own bulbs with some reflection prisims in the lens as well so people can see your car even with the lights off at night.

 

I like the idea about the "ring of light" look around it.

 

i think im going to do mine here soon w/ the cobalt lettering. rather than the chevy bowtie!
