Took her to the body shop...

Well, as some of you know my car was hit by a drunk driver in a parkling lot. Could of been much worse. 900 bucks in damages. I had a 500 dollar deductable I know the guy at the body shop so he will do the work for what the insurance paid me. I hope everything turns out well. I also will pay a little extra because where the frint plate was mounted from the dealer will be filled and repainted for a clean look. No more 3 holes up front. Should be done in a few days.

Then on friday it goes to the local muffler shop. I have to get my brand new ZZP cat fixed, not a big deal only going to cost 15-20 bucks. After thats fixed exedy clutch/flywheel will be installed along with stage II axles and TTR mounts all around. Will be looking very forward to the finished product. Then track time to see what I can pull off with the new mods and drag radials! The clutch/flywheel and axles will be one of the hardest things I ever did on the balt. Any suggestions? Wish me luck guys!

Good to hear that your whip will be up and running soon.

The axles won't be that hard, the clutch and flywheel on the other hand will be another feat. Clutch and flywheel should take a knowledgable mechanic with appropriate tools approximately 6 hours to do.

Yea, I'm looking forward to tackling it. I have a few friends that went to school for auto mech. and have done plenty of clutchs/flywheels. One of the guys drives a loe 13 second honda civic, and the other guy has a 12.5 second WRX.

Today I stopped by the body shop. There was a small ding on the door and he took care of that for me too. Can't wait until this car is back on the road...
