Where can I get new bumper?

Hey I have scraped up my front lower trim kit for the SS/SC which brings two questions to mind.
1. Where can I get a new one? (just the lower piece)
2. I want to lower my car eventually, but how do you lowered guys keep from scraping and messing up your cars? I'm having a hard enough time at stock height.

C'mon, no suggestions besides a dealer. They want $119 or so for a primed piece. That sound ok?

see what Create Engine Depot can do for you, but the dealer is probably the best place to get it, and $119 is not to hateful.

Yeah that's what I thought, but I figured if it's 119 at a dealer, maybe I can get it cheaper somewhere else.

I'm sure a vendor here might be able to help...

Hell, us mopar guys have several DEALERS that provide employee pricing on parts...maybe there's some GM dealers like that too?
