I like Castrol better too. Not gonna waste time running the Cobalt....I might fall asleep!

12's...at Race City? That would take alot more mods then I have. As it is I am neck and neck with a stock LS1 Camaro--they run real low 14's up here.
And remember...we go down to sea-level and I'd beat your old S/C SS. I am 13.3-13.4 alt corrected.
My ECM is running afermarket software.....I have no clue whats going on. I need a laptop to do some data logging. Maybe I can squeeze some more HP with tuning.
I know you really don't know anything about these cars--hence your comments.
But my factory Tuned Port Injection is a massive bottleneck. If I were to put on a Holley Stealth Ram intake or Mini Ram--I could proably pick up 50hp...do some headwork and that number goes up. The TPI cannot breath to enough at high rpms to take advantage of my cam or heads.
And stroke it to 383....;)

Get the Accel base manifold & slp runners. Then take a die grinder to the upper plenum. Much cheaper than an aftermarket setup, if I remember it cost me about 700 bucks. I nearly shat my pants after those changes. The lower manifold is the major bottle neck in the system.

Not sure if that would be a whole lot better....I have the Vortec base from SDPC and already have the SLP runners.
How about the accle base and upper intake manifold?;) Send me PM tell me more about that car and the mods.
