No it never threw any CEL at all. Because I installed it without reseting the PCM (do not disconnect the negative terminal of the battery). This way the PCM learns the extra air without any drastic change.

Use that money to get a 3" pulle its a awsome upgrade for the money. Got mine for 144 with shipping. Installed it earlier tonight, It's so worth it specially if you are at altitude like i am
