YAY! this is a good sign indeed...
aka_Matt 12-15-2004, 08:36 PM the wheels they have won't fit an SS, the SS has a 5x110 pattern, they list only 5x100 and 5x114... they will fit a regular tho, which has a 4x100 pattern...
Eddie 12-16-2004, 03:04 PM on H&R's website this is what they have
Sport springs 1.5"F 1.4"R $329
Race Springs 2.0"F 1.6"R $329
and coilovers are TBA and cost will be $1550.00
so far it is getting aftermarket support alot more than the j's ever did, H&R barily designed springs for the J and cobalt is getting full coilover kits which is nice. now my question is these are most likely for the standard cobalt's and not for the SS S/c it would be interesting to see what those get in suspension.

Unfortunately, coil-overs will be tough on the Cobalt, as the short rear suspension is not designed to easily accomodate them. We had been considering a private label program with H&R to build coil-overs, but it does not look good.
H&R is leading the way due to the fact that they worked on the Cobalt with GM in the early development stages in Germany. Plus, they truly do manufacture the best quality springs on the market.

i think i read an article on yall recently, and yalls upcoming work with the cobalt and what not...ill see if i can find it...
Eddie 01-03-2005, 07:33 PM yeah H&R make awsome springs, i'd get those over eibach and other springs any day, but i like b+g they make excellent stuff also i have their springs and ilove them even on stock struts, stock blown struts. i'd pick any of these two springs H&R and B+G over all other springs manufactures out there.
redd214 01-04-2005, 01:07 AM i found some too!!!! ' :D

Mercury 11-04-2005, 02:18 AM I am glad that it is lower in the front then the rear. I would feel so akward lowering the rear of my car more...
