Talking 2 1/4 Dowpipe ANY CHANCE?

Ok so I tried the XTC 2.5 inch downpipe with cat and took it off cause 2 weeks later cause I hated the Ricey sound. Now I hear that the Stock LSJ downpipe will rub on the coolant line or Swaybar so I don't want to bother with it. So is there any chance a company will make a 2.25 inch downpipe with Cat for us 2.2 Guys?
My local Exhaust Shop won't make a custom one for me due to Laws on Cat. Converter Tampering.
Any Hope?
Thanks for Your Imput

The Exhaust Shop told me that the section of pipe after the Converter that goes to the GMPP Catback can be replaced by a 2.25 inch Stainless with a Bung for the 02 sensor
Worth It?
Will I even feel a horsepower gain by taking some of the 1 7/8 pinch off the Downpipe
