lost my job...keep busy in the garage:)

so i have been doing a few little things on the cobalt here and there where i don't have to spend much $$$

clear corners

...had to redo the opposite side because it was 1/8" too large...no biggy

dead pedal

picture makes it look a lil uneven, i like it a lot.

fuse box cover

my luck ran out and i could find my larger drill bits after my metal hole saw bit the dust from my last lil project so i had to cut out the corner.

and i also removed the front grill... sanded it down and did mesh/painted the emblem

on the corolla

oh ya...also made the antenna a 6" shorty

looking real good. those clear corners may start something... that looks really good on the silver. Maybe a how to is in order?

i dont know but I think that light needs to be red... is there a potential replacement bulb?

judging by the darker color in the center of the light, it looks as if he's already got a new bulb in there... but i could be wrong..

i bet i can guess how the howto will go...

1.) steal florescent light screen
2.) trace marker light shape onto screen
3.) cut out shape from screen
4.) drill hole for screw
5.) install new corner...

1: go to lowes/home depot and spend 4 bucks on the screen/lense
2: trace marker light shape onto screen/lense
3: melt out the form of the covers
4: heat up original housing and remove red lense
5: sand down original housing to remove tabs and any glue
6: sand down light screen/new lesne to form proper seal.
7: apply apoxy to original housing and fit new lense
8: melt small pilot hole for screw, lightly wetsand any imperfects
9: install

just finished the 3rd brake light w/ led's...came out real good
