the mesh was just universal grill mesh, the center piece is from a 03-05 accord coupe and the badge is vauxhall

Doesn't matter what everyone else thinks as long as you like it. For the record though, I think it's cool.

im a huge fan of vauxhall/opel/holden, i wish GM would market them here in the states. the GTO was awesome, cant wait for the new G8 to get here, and the new astra is a pretty sweet attempt, just hopin we get the Vxr turbo model tho.

i used a rotozip to cut off the center piece of the bumper in the grill and cut off all of the plastic slats in the black part of the stock grill. i used body filler to fill the holes and gaps, which i have never used before but it was super easy, i used the rotozip drill bit and sanding tips to file it smooth. i taped off the front bumper on the body line and covered my car with newspaper, primed and painted the bumper flat black one night, took about 3hrs for the coats to even out. the accord piece is just bolted to the original grill frame, it was a perfect fit with the original accord holes, all i had to do was cut piece off for the hood latch on my car. the most difficult part was cutting the mesh and mouting the mesh, it is fragile and i had to cut it perfect for the fit i wanted and so it wouldnt get in the way of the factory bumper clips. i used 1inch bolts and mirror mounting clips to hole the mesh in place and just painted the whole grill as one seperate piece. after i installed the grill i used a 1/4inch black pinstripe to finish up the rough paint line and cut out of carbon fiber vinyl to cover the oval shape where the "H" would have been and finished it with the vauxhall badge.

ill post pics tomorrow of the hardware and mounting to give you guys an idea of what i mean in the ^^ramble.

it only cost about 100$ all together
the grill was the most expensive single peice 30$
4cans of flat black spray and 2small primers 35$
accord grill, 15$ shippedd(i <3 ebay)
80, 180, and 400 grit sandpaper 10$
rotozip drill bits 15$
and i used ebay.co.uk for the badges, but i had one left over from the rest of the rebadging
