So as i'm sure most of you have noticed it is getting cooler out. And as you all know that is the best time to get the best time for your cobalt. Or any car for that matter. I am trying to see who all would be interested in going to ORP. I am flexible for what day. Usually they have street legal drags on tuesday nights. And occasionaly they have a midnight madness on a friday night. There are three drag nights left this month. The 11th, 18th, 25th. For October they are the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. I figure we can do a few of them but its up to everyone. Its $15 to run your car and $8 to watch. So lets try to see when we would like to do this.

 

Why not Muncie on October 5th? That is Fast and Furious night. Burnout competition, bikini competition, imports vs. domestics, bikes, quads.......

I would probably be down for ORP though. Great track and the prices are a bit better.

Jimmy I should have called you up... I went out to orp last night... got their pretty late... only made 3 passes I'm very happy with my balt @ just not happy with my driving....
I hate to say it as much as I love orp... since they had had the us nationals their a few weeks ago... the track was horrible I spun the tires all the way to 3rd gear this is what I ran....

does the muncie dragstipe have a website? I went their once b4 but wasn't to happy since it was 20bucks to race and I didn't know that it was bracket racing and only got to make one test pass and one race pass and that was it... I drove all the way from Indy for that!?! WTF!?!

bikini's ? ..... Last F&F event I was at in Muncie , all it took was one drunk girl to start stripping , then the rest followed suit . It was awesome , and hilarious watching the bouncers go from girl to girl trying to get them to keep their clothes on while copping random boobie fondling

ORP sucks ***** unless its a National event . Muncie may be homely ''errr , but its cool track and I hooked good enuff for a 2.1 60 there on radials .

I'm gonna wait to see what the weather does b4 I'll commit... Muncie's track is kinda out in the sticks and gets cold as *uck plus if its on friday night the rush hour traffic is gonna be a beast.... so gsmith I would add some drive time to that number I said b4 rush hour starts around 4:00 and goes late to about 7:30 berfore traffic is actually flowing
