S13 = KA24E (For now, CA18DET on the way)

Both will have GT2871r after winter.

RB > CA > KA > SR IMHO

And yes its out of 89-90 180sx and S12 or S13. I can't remember right now.

 

you would choose KA over SR??? im sry but i did alot of research on those and i didnt like the KA....when i was looking for one as a project i was trying to find one with a blown motor so i could pick it up cheap and swap....

 

Cam over bucket > Shaft rocker.

Iron block > aluminum.

That about sums up the major reasons why KA > SR. CA and RB are deff the best motors for a 240.

 

i will agree with you on the CA and RB statement but a SR vs. KA heads up the SR should pull every time...

 

A KA is essentially a CA/RB in its basic design. Its just a low revving motor, based on its over squared dimensions. SR is over squared but not as bad.

No because of weight distrubution, another advantage to CA BTW. CA moves the weight further back.
