also, if you have a 2.4 doesnt it come with leather anyways?

 

nooo mine is cloth bro.. i did already did call salvage yards..none have...i guess not many cobalts get in accidents around mee..

 

you just have to figure out which ones buy newer model cars.. most dont a few do

that leather isnt all its cracked up to be, i had a set of black and blue ss seats in my ls, it was pretty crappy quality meterial (sorry ss guys but i had a caddy with leather, so my opnion is skewed a bit)

try looking into katskinz, they make hi end replacment meterial for your seats

You probably know that you are looking for a rare seat.
In 05 and 06 I believe the only seats that were all black were the Recaros. I'm not 100% sure, but I know I've never seen all black regular seats like you could get in '07.

You'd probably have better luck if you wanted black/red, yellow or blue. those are listed here sometimes.

the orange SC's w/o G85 have all black leather buckets w/ the SS logo's
I have 28,000 miles on my 06' and my seats are holding up great

 

Buy the Recaro's and be done with it. lol. You can get the Ion Recaro's for like 3x cheaper than the Cobalts too. That's what I was gonna do for my 2.4...

 

i had it all done proffesionaly at a shop in surrey bc canada
i got it done for a decent price...total with labour and warranty...1600 canadian

they actually dont list the cobalt or the G5 which is why you have to find a shop that does custom work. or at least that is what i had to do up here in canada

 

Yes, they made 05 and 06 as well as 07 SS/SC's with solid black leather seats/door panel inserts as an option. I, for example, have a black 06 ss/sc with solid black-on-black leather seats, as well as black door panel inserts. I would love to sell mine so that I can put in some racing seats, but alas no money at the moment, since I am currently in the process of buying another new car as well. GL with finding some! Or, if you are still interested in the not-too-distant future, shoot me a PM, as I too am in Virginia.

 

with the ricaro seats can u get a back seat too?

 

those would be Recaros and NO.... there are no Recaro back seats

 

Well they're not labeled as Recaro's for the back, but I think it's still the same kind of material? If not, it's just all leather...
