i remember seeing pictures of the 272 horse cobalt coupe from a show ...the one with the functional ram air hood....it had tinted headlights...is that a mod that you do to the headlights, or do you buy new ones tinted...if anybody knows about this id be interested to know how cause i thought they looked pretty tight

99% likely the stock headlights were taken apart and tinted - ive herd of guys doing it to the cavaliers by putting them in the oven for a while then tearing them apart...

You gotta know what your doing.

i know a lil about cars, but i've never heard of people baking their headlights? what the hell would that do anyways? i mean..if you want a different head light look, just spend the 40-60 bucks and get some 4000k headlights or some tinted ones from plasmaglow...less hassle and chances are, it is a lot safer (cept if you have anal cops running around your area).

They bake them so that’s you can get into inside of the head light, the baking helps separate the seal. In doing this you have to make sure you don’t bake them to long and that you seal them back up good or you lights will get a fog like look inside of them and or dirt and other shit.
