I was just interested in who still actually has XM radio after the first free 3 monthes has expired.....

I dont, not worth 144 dollars a year

 

I did it for 3 more months. I still am seeing if I like it that much to pay for a year.

 

I also did for an additional 3 months, I like it.

 

I didn't renew. Didn't really listen to it enough, and if I did there wasn't a whole lot on that I liked.

95% of the time the radio is off, I listen to the motor instead.

 

dude the comedy channel i F'n Hillarious at night! other than that i like some of the alternative stuff and also "the system". what i really want to know is has any one upgraded to the playboy channel??? i can imagine it is very lame and stupid! i wanna hear it just once for a laugh!

playboy channel I never hear that we can get that. I would also like a review of what is on that. I am not sure but I think it could be a lot of girls moning and groning, sweet talking, and mabe some sex sounds??????

 

I like the XM. My brother ahd the XM on his ION redline. he didnt renew and about 3 months down the road they sent him a letter offering him the whole year for like 3 months worth of price. I would wait on the renew, because they will contact you wtih quite a few deals to try to get you back

 

I just signed up after the 3 month thing. I signed up for 3 years at $359.64. I have a friend that went in with me on the family plan at 6.99. So we took the 359.64, 6.99 for 36 months=251.64, 359.64+251.64=$611.28, divided by 2 brought it to 305.64 each. That equates to $8.49 a month for 36 months.

 

I renewed for another 3 months. All I listen to is Squizz and the system.

 

I had XM before I ever bought the SS, so I just kept it in the SS and gave my SkyFi to my dad and added my reciever on to make it the family plan.

 

I'm on the fence. I do listen to it, but wonder if it's worth the cost to keep it around.

 

I renewed mine for 3 more months . I dont like it though . The only thing I can leave on and listen to is Squizz and Fungus . Comedy channel is good . I like alot of techno , trance , drum n bass music as well and The Move and The System , BPM , .....they all 85% of the time suck ass . Plus they dont break the styles down by catagory . I puttijng Currius in my camaro

 

yep i listen to channels 80-82, they suck most of the time... but the good news is that there is a sirius adapter being made for gm cars with xm, so we can use the oem radios and have sirius

 

I've had xm for 5 years and I'm currently under contract for 1 more year. I got XM for the road trips. After it expires I dont think I'll renew. I mostly listen to mp3s so I'm just wasting money.

 

Love my XM... couldnt live without it. FM sucks !

 

What I really love now a days is that they added MLB and NHL to their channels.

Mine just expired yet I still get about 20-30 stations for some reason.

I will be renewing soon because of the holidays, I LOVE HOLIDAY MUSIC.

 

XM is alright, i havent found any channels that i really like yet. I'm into all rock music....
My time to renew it will be coming up within 3 weeks, so im still undecided.

 

I already had it in my work van. Got tired of surfing the channels as I traveled. Squiz is about the only music station I listen to, anymore, and there isn't much on there I like, either. I guess I'm just getting old

I do, however, listen to the comedy staions, FoxNews, America Right, and Air America (a comedy station in itself ). XM is alright, I'm wondering if the grass is greener on the Cirius side, though. Either way, I haven't listened to FM in over a year and probably won't any time again soon.

 

We didnt renew. We had Sirius before and liked it much better.
