This morning I was driving to drop my friend off at school. And right after I dropped her off I was driving towards the yield sign where you leave to exit the school (not even tihnkin about the right side of me because its one way and no cars can come fromthat direction.. so I get going and the second I get onto the exit road a jeep comes crashing into me forcing me off the road crashing to a tree on the bottom of the hill.. I hate little teenagers that have no brain and could care less about other people.. they were flying down the wrong way on a 1 way road.. even though I know he has to pay for it. it doesnt change the fact the the value of my car is going down now because of him.. Well thats my bad luck worst day of my life story for everyone

get a lawyer and sue that little bastard! They wanted to play now they have to pay. When I got in my wreck I had about 10 lawyers contact me saying they would represent me for free until the settlement was reached, and they only take 30% if they win. Say that u have lower back pain and go to the chiropractor frequently and also say that you are suing for the loss in value of your new car.

 

I hope he/she gets his license revoked for driving down a one way at such a young age. That's pure stupidity. Obviously I bet there was clearly marked signs all over stating one way. Some peoples kids

 

yea.. there were signs everywhere starting from where the road ended..or well started in his case.. but yea the kid never even came out to ask me if I was ok and he was inm a jeep and I saw him in the car sitting there so I knew he was fien but I was too mad to even talked to him and then I called the police and he yelled at him and gave him a ticket and I just got my car dropped off at the auto body and waiting for an apprasier..so you really think Id be able to get something over the damage like the value of the carr?? cuz that is my main concern.. SInce I haveenough miles on it as it is from driving far to work every day .. and not being able to get there now since I dont have my car Im losing a lot of money and value of the car

 

Well, they're obligated to provide you with a rental car, but you can sue for however many days of work you miss. Plus I think you need to go have yourself looked at by a doctor. Talk to a lawyer, maybe you can say you're traumatized by the incident and now you have panic attacks or something. Mental anguish.

I'm with sneaky, hopefully he gets his license revoked. No need for someone that stupid and irresponsible to be out on the road. If nothing else, his insurance will skyrocket and hopefully mommy and daddy won't let him drive anymore since it sounds like he has no business being on the road in the first place.

******* kids i swear none of them dipshits know how to drive. well 99.9% of them dont... cant really say all cause im only 17 and would consider my self a good driver. but i would take them to court with one of those lawyers who get paid only if they win and see if you can get anything.

You guys are so pithetic saying "I hate teenager drivers" most of you were teenage drivers getting the feel of the road, well guess what, I hate the kind of people like you who think you have always been such amazing drivers and still think you are

 

But I can't ever remember driving down a one way street the on coming way and smashing into someone. Or smashing into someone at all... The truth is most teenagers aren't experienced enough to know how to properly handle themselves behind the wheel. And most of them are so blind to it they get mad whenever someone says teenager's can't drive. Being a good driver is like being cool, you don't have to tell everyone you are, everyone just knows it.

Im a pretty new driver, I had a story about accidently turning onto a one way because a enormous UPS vehicle was blocking my view, I went up onto a curb however and waited out the traffic to turn around, I learnt from that mistake and confident it wont happen again, Im sure some of you have turned onto one ways accidently, It happens all the time

 

This was a totally different situation.. I was exiting the school parking lot and he was on the road which is so small and clearly makred one way and Imsure he knew it becuas ehe also went to school there.. and Im guessing the reason why he was flying around the school on the one way road was to get off it as fast as he could before someone else got onto it not even thinking that tehre may be a car trying to go the right way and exit the school.. and I never said I hate teenage drivers.. I said I hate the stupid ones who have no brains and don't even think about other people such as the one who didn't have a clue and crashed into me...

For those asking for pictures Ill try and get some soon when I can get a hold of my friend with a camera..but my car is at the shop right now waiting for an appraiser.. hopefully my car will look as new and drive like it did before with no problems

 

Glad to hear you're okay. Let this be a lesson to you to ALWAYS be aware of EVERYTHING around you; don't assume anything! And forget the lawyer/doctor/sue mumbo-jumbo... just get your expenses taken care of and get on with your life... no need to spend any extra time and energy seeking retribution.

 

thankss.. yea I don't even think I have the money to afford any of that because of the extreme debt I am already in.. Too bad it was't so easy that I could get him charged to pay me for a lawyer and for everything else.. but o well.. but yea I deffinely will be a lot more alert now.. I mean I did look both way but it was a sharp turn on the one way so I didn't see him coming anyway.. but I didnt look that way for long because I never would have expected for someone to fly around that corner.. but that just taught me to expect the unexpected

People like you annoy me! just because a few teens act this way amkes everyone hate us. Its annoying. I always get looks when ever i go into a gas station or something kuz i have a hooded sweatshirt. People assume im up to something. Just because a few bad kids it makes people hate us. Not all of us "teenagers" could care less about other people. We are all good people. I hate it!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH sorry had a run in at a gas station, people thought i stole something kuz i "looked like i was up to something" exact words... RAWRZ!

 

I too agree, no-one should stereo type Teenage drivers, 1) it's way too easy to get a drivers licence, (at least here in NJ, I think you only need to spell you name right to pass). 2)It's not the lack of driving experience, but the lack of fear, responsability or judgement, that really anyone could posess. I see many " younger drivers" speeding, I see many "older drivers" too slow (you know 10mph less than posted in the left lane, pacing the car next to them or coming to a complete stop in a busy road before turning right). It is just the fact there are good drivers and there are bad drivers. I am not in any way defending the ones in the Jeep for causing you and your car harm, I feel you should go after them for what you can.
Well in NJ, it seems the only way you can afford insurance, properity taxes and a home, is to sue someone!

 

I don't know if you just dont know how to read.. or if you really dont have a brain either.. but If you re-read what you just quoted from my words then you will know that I didn't say I hate (little teenagers) I said "STUPID, WITH NO BRAINS" I was a teenager not too many years ago also. but I also had a brain and wasnt a total idiot. I know I had my fun and fucked around and did stupid **** liek an average teenage but I wasnt a total idiot.. I mean if I went to a highschool and I was there for over a couple years I would more than likely understand there simple parking lot.. this kid went there also and was a senior in highschool there.. So im sure he knew he was going the wrong way on the one way route and even if he was that stupid the route was so long enough with way more than enough places and parkign areas to turn around and go the right way with over liek 10 signs sayign wrogn way or one way.. instead he was STUPID and had NO BRAIn and decided to fly like 35 mph on a 15 mph route the WRONG way just to try and beat traffic from all the people with a BRAIN going the right way and instead his stupiditycrashed into me pushing me off the road into a tree in a ditch.. SO thats what I was stating.. Not the average teenage driver.. SO pay attention to what I write before commenting on it unless u have something positive to say beause I never said anything bad about a teenager driving.. Just the idiots
