As the title says...im the red balt,both cars had passangers(maybe 10lbs weight diffrence between the passangers,and between the 2 drivers srt driver weights bout 150lbs i weight 220lbs...i have a slippin clutch and u will notice it when it slips when i go from 2nd-3rd..NO I DID NOT MISS THE GEAR..U can hear the camara guy saying CLUTCH SLIPPIN, CLUTCH SLIPPIN

and here's a video after the race we had...srt see's me next to him and he downshifts to 3rd takes off,so i downshift and go after him and stay behind him whole time till end of video where the camra guy turns the camera and im still next to him..btw camera guy is a 16yr old kid..not bad for a kid..it was my younger brother recording..

I would be in that 2% ... SRT4 and an STI are 2 cars I haven't found on the highway. But that was a lot of traffic to be doing 2x+ the speed limit ...

 

yea I will agree in that situation there was a lot of traffic but sometimes in these videos people post they are in the clear and there is no traffic and people still get on their ass its their decision to street race

the pressure of your peers, especially on an open forum such as this one, can be quite
effective in changing the perceptions of some people.

most will ignore it and go on about their merry way until they wrap it around a pole....
or maybe cut some old ladies car in half and spend some years behind bars....


But my time on this site changed my views on this subject.
Ask adam, I spoke to him a long time ago about this, when that young guy killed that old lady in his cobalt.
he didnt have much faith that it really changed me, but it has.

fuel injectors on a turbo is alot more of a mod than it is for a S/C car

they can jack the boost with the flick of a switch.

yes im aware that a 05 srt comes wit the pcm..there upgrade for s1 is just injectors..03-04 is ecu and injectors,05 just fuel...im an ex-srt4 owner and i knw more bout the srt than the cobalt.

new clutch comin in friday morning...cant wait for the pink bad boy

 

just **** off with that comment, take it to the track my ass, i am sick of that ****. make a search, i did a post on that a couples weeks ago about people bitching about street racing. I AM TIRED OF THAT ****, take yours to the track if ur more responsible than street racers.
