So I went to the local Advance Auto to get some goodies saturday and they had a car show going on, a BIG ONE! They had muscle cars, tuners, 18 wheelers, bikes, girls all sorts of stuff! Sorry no pics I didn't know it was there! Any way as I'm inside they come over the speaker and say "would the owner of a red Chevy Cobalt SS lisence #------ please come to the parking lot right away" I thought OH **** I GOT HIT! So I run out and there's like 8 people gathered around my car, 2 guys come over to me and ask if I'm entering in the show. I said I didn't know about the show, my car is filthy and why bother? They said ohhhh we think you should! So I did and I got the shock of my life in a couple hours (well ok actualy about 6 of them!) I WON! But not only did I win its what I beat out! In the sport compact catagory I beat an EVO VIII, A 350Z, about 6 Caviliers a couple Sunfires, a WRX, a Jetta, and a SRT 4. I couldn't believe it! AND by winning in the sport compact catagory it damn near asured me a win in the domestic catagory against the same Cavi's and Sunfires and a few other cars.

Now this was my first show EVER and I'm a little happy about it and thought I'd shair with all of you.

I also went that night to a show about 5 miles down the road and got honorable mention against much hotter cars! You know G35's, M3's, and those kinds of cars.

My puter blew up so this was the first I've been able to post it up, I'm at the lieberry.

thats sorta like what happened to me, exept at my first show my car was the only domestic so i won a big ass trophy by default
