Cheapest place to get K&N Typhoon...

After long hours of research i have made my decision of getting the typhoon. It came down to rebel intake and the typhoon simply because they are both 2.4l specific with the highest gains advertised(whether its true or not i dont know) and since i have already spent money on getting a new cellie (old one broke) and other expenses arising it came down to the price of each. Now my next step is finding the cheapest deal for the typhoon intake. So does anyone know the best place to get the intake for the best price? Any help highly appreciated.

Well they were listed as a dealer for kn parts and i called them and they changed to truck only and did not sell parts for cars. but the guy i talked to found the part for me after i gave him the part number and got it to me, i think he gave me a coupon price. because shortly after i received it , i got a catalog in the mail with a coupon for about 10 percent off. But yeah, these intakes have a ton of margin on them. The companies actually make pretty good on them. I personally assume that the company paid about 70 - 100 dollars for the product. Even with the good deal they gave me, i still think they made money. But thats what america is all about, making money. I work for retail so i know how the game goes. I do tons of shopping around before i buy. Believe it or not, i have actually got better prices from my deal than some of the online competitors. But sometimes you want it now and will pay the price they are asking for. But yea, not to brag, that was 199 shipped to my front door. I would highly reccomend buying from them. Go to kn.com and look for a deal named Stylin concepts aka Stylin Trucks.

It is not as simple as a yes or no. The warranty will be voided IF they can PROVE it was that particular aftermarket part that caused the problem. For instance, they would have to prove that it was the aftermarket intake you purchased in order to void your warranty. So they answer i would give is MOST LIKELY no but there is always that possibility.

wait a sec..they wouldn't void the warranty on the entire car...would they? I thought that worst case the sensor would not be covered. And thats IF there is a problem to start with.

I got absolutly no hassle about it. I asked the guy who sold it to me if he would ship in the USA, he said anywhere. So go ahead and search k n N for that dealer called Stylin concepts or Stylin Trucks. I am not sure what the turbo tech site offers theirs at, but if they give it to you for 199 + tax shiipped, i would be all for it. Otherwise i would check with that vendor i told you about and see what they can do. Sorry TT, i just like to see good deals go down.
The people i ordered from actaully had it shipped directly from K n N to my house.

The place that you got it from that you are talking about, is here in the Cleveland area if you didn't know. They are actually located in Independence on Pleasant Valley Rd.

Ohio is close enough, I am sure they would. I dont see why they would want to lose a sale. AND if they say no, just tell them that they are losing a sale because they would ship to canada which you are willing to pay for. I do sales, I know how i roll.
