well I do know there were a few guys interested in that bar that you are selling right now to Cobalt guys but the front strut tower on the Ion is a single bolt vs the 3 bolt on the Cobalt.

We own Saturns so we'll pretty much take anything

No, they are currently $89.99 + ship. However, we are offering free shipping to all cobalt members (limit to the first 10 that email us requesting the discount code)
We will have more in about 2 weeks; so bottom line, we still are offering the bars for the same final price, you just have to wait a couple weeks.

Did you try taking the Nuts off the studs (all 3 of them) and then jack the car up?

I was having trouble getting mine on, and thats what I did, and it slipped right into place...

We have heard that the fitment is really tight on some cobalts. Some go on just fine. We will be passing this info on to DC Sports to see if they will look into this.

No, there is a shipping charge. I know even with shipping it is less than any other place online. The online system will calculate the shipping amount depending on your location.

pretty much, instructions are included, and its easy, you might have to jack the car up at worst to align the screws, but it slipped in nice for me, 15min install tops

My bar went without a hitch except for when I had to torque the bolts.. I got that fixed now. Good prices! I bought mine through Modern co... for $90 something... but they got me the part quick! Way to go both vendors for providing excellent parts and pricing
