hey guys,

was just wondering why so many people r trying to get rid of their balts?

 

finacial reasons, having a kid...buying a house...wqant a turbo awd ...theress alot of reason

 

some may be tired of the problems that some of the cobalt's encounter..

 

I maybe trading my cobalt in the near future. Reason....couple minor problems in the past couple months. My car also goes to the dealership tomorrow for clunking sound coming from the rear end. Made up my mind that one more thing goes wrong with my SS/SC I'm trading it in on a truck. Found a nice 06 Nissan Titan in town....also a nice 07 Dodge Ram 1500 at the same dealership.

 

also some people have had their's for a while now, and are bored with it, or want to move onto something else.

 

I think boredom is a big one, i got bored then i got another one lol.

Yes i have a bone stock 2007 g85 silver ss/sc, been lazy and undecided with mods.

alot of people say problems with em i have never had one though so i am thankful my car was made ona tuesday

 

i havent ahd a problem with mine, but just yesterday the cruise control dont work? WTF up with that? any ideas?

 

i bought mine cause i couldn't afford a 03 04 cobra but ill be getting one soon

I agree that people get bored with their cars and just want to move on to something else. When I get rid of the balt it will be because I get bored with it and want to get away from modding a FWD car.

 

My next car will be AWD (Evo or STi) but thats still 4years away

 

clutch positon sensor i believe and there are post about it on here about it and it should be warrentied

 

Mine goes in to the dealership tomorrow to get the sunroof switch bezel fixed properly. Mine is an '06 and only have 10,000 miles on it. Not driven as a DD.

 

i see...i was just curious, but good luck to everyone in their search for new cars ....hopefully i dont run into any problems...been pretty good so far i guess...just stupid problems put on myself...hopefully it stays small like that :P

 

The engine is mounted the wrong way and the wrong wheels spin when you stomp the gas.

 

my g5 is in for the long haul. i love the car i wanted something bigger and 4 doors so i bought a blazer to the G5 is the fun car. i have had no proplems with the car its got 13k on it and its a 07. i but when i do sell it im geting a saab 93 pontiac G8 or torrent GXP

 

I love how my car looks, the performance is not up to my expectations. My car hates hot weather I mean really hates it, onlytime of the year when my car is fun is winter time that sucks.. FWD blows mostly because our 1st gear our should i say our 1/2 gear.. If I had the money I would move on to something else supra, cobra, EVO

 

ya first gear really does suck...any suggestions to make it better? i shift at like 4 k... altho it feels smoothest at 5k...i just dont always wanna rev that high
