For anyone who has purchased a CAI did you happen to lay it beside the stock intake piping and compare the shape.

I would like to purchase a CAI that will couple to the stock airbox for my Sport Tint Red SS/SC. I already have the XTC in the black Balt but am not satisfied with the product (it does perform very well). I've also asked to have one built specifically to couple with the stock air box.

Anyone have some thoughts/comments?

 

Wow....29 views and no comment. I thought someone might have an idea which, if any, CAIs might be modified to fit the stock airbox (Injen, AEM, Fujita). Guess I'll wait to see if the vendor I contacted can build one.
