cool vid. he kind of made a pointless statement though when he said "attract someone driving a cobalt ss needing more room" since the new ss/tc will be available in 4 doors as well. The hhr ss is a neat looking car though, but just not for me, no matter what motor is in it. I'll stick with my cobalt ss/sc.

I think it looks pretty sweet, and the top speed is impressive for the fact that it is basically a block on wheels

gives more ammo for the guys that talk crap about the SS/NA cobalt.. since he said in the past some SS cars were more cosmetic than performance..

I had my doubts about the reason in life for the vehicle, then after the ride it surpassed what I thought it was. First time I’ve ever been in a 4 cyl car that kept pulling they way it did even in 4th gear. So unfortunately they aren’t on the street yet but I did take one for a demo yesterday and so far I love the way it drives.

Grrrr, didn't get to drive it, or even take pics, but riding shotgun was great. I was very impressed with cornering and the lack of any body roll.

Think about what that does for the aftermarket though.

really its a nice little car, but with my cobalt , AEM Cold air intake, Stage 2 and GM performance exhaust and Headers, plus high flow cat, The cobalt ss turbocharged and hhr ss do not have a chance. This is to all my stubborn ss/sc owners.

What disappoints me with the new HHR SS and possibly the new Cobalt SS Turbo is that they come in automatic. Every time I find myself down at saturn to look at a Sky redline or at a pontiac dealership to look at the Solstice they are all automatic. I hope that a manual wont be as hard to find with the new hhr and cobalt ss. relly, are manuals that hard to drive??
