It's been awhile since I posted. We finally got the LQ4 in the truck...I was going home and happened to come across a cocky guy in an 05-06 Mustang GT. He threw me a few revs when he past me by...unfortunately for him we hit a stop-light together. And sorry for the crappy video, It's not easy taping and driving at the same time.

This is a completely untuned LQ4 (Iron block 6.0L) w/ a 230/227 cam. I'm still running on stock exhaust manifolds and no other bolt-ons except for a catback.

Thanks guys, I just put some Hooker longtubes and Offroad Y-pipe this weekend. It sounds monstrous but I have an exhaust leak coming from one of the primaries..ugh. Lesson learned in never buying used headers lol.

Thanks Kyle, most guys running this setup are running mid-low 12's on DR's....but I'm going to shoot for a low 13 since I don't have all the boltons yet. As for the stall, I've got a Yank 3k in it.

Very nice Tofu! That engine sounds mean! A 6.0L pushing that little truck around, i bet you must fly everywhere! (especially after seeing the rustang GT kill!)

If i had the money, i'd stick one of the 6.0L or new LS3 6.2L in a new Tahoe! That'd be my ride!
