I'm looking to get a SS/NA and was curious to how much people are paying a month for one and how much their insurance is??

 

My Redline payment is about $255 or something a month, but I always just right a check for $300 even.

I have an SC but I felt like posting regardless. Paid 18K with 4k down. payment is $260/month.

I'm looking at getting a new car and possibly bumping my payment to around $350-450 a month though.

no, you could probably get an LS for that... but i just bought a used ss/na for 15K w/ no money down, and i pay 360/month, if i would have put 2k down it would have been 300/month but i didnt have the $$$

 

I pay 340 a month 0% for 3 years and i put down a 10k down payment so the car ran me 22,240 my insurance is 151.66 every month and my driving record is pristine not so much as a ticket on it.

You people really need to tell how many months you're paying for - it makes a huge difference if that bargain monthly payment is for 36 months, or 72.

 

i put 500 dollars down and im stuck with a 418 payment.. sucks to not have money but still want something lol but i can afford it!!

i put 5 grand down on mine. making anywhere from 350 - 1 grand payments monthly (depending on how much money i have). My loan is for 72 months and the minimum payment was like 200. insurance is 340 every 6 months. saved 40 bucks a year with side airbags! woot If you are making more than min payments, make sure the money is going to the priciple and make sure there is no penelty for early pay off.

i paid zero down on a 2007 fully loaded and its like 607 a month. canadian.

 

OUCH, I can't imagine paying 607 for a cobalt. I have a 2007 fully loaded G5 for 426 a month. No SC though. I had to put thought into paying this much. Only reason I do is because I have bumper to bumper for 5 years and lifetime rust/paint fabric warranties.
