Exhaust: Ark N2 or Megan Racing Drift-Spec

i'm thinking ark n2 because it does have an angled style and has a 1/2 inch bigger tip than megan.

any input?

megan has great fitment, nice looking welds and a great sound at idle and WOT. i would say megan just because it is a great product for the price

yeah i was looking at megan and they're almost 1/2 the price of ark. i was just looking at some ss/sc videos with both types of exhausts and they almost sound alike.

see i'm not sure if i want loud or deep.

although i've never heard either in person, from videos i've seen the ark is pretty loud it seems.

ark almost sounds like a cheap civic type of exhaust. you know the kind that sound ricey. not impressive.

megan is tempting because of the price in itself.

megan has good representation and as far as my concern goes, probably more experience in making exhausts.

sickcobalt, of course you don't have the silencer in, right?

just making sure.

it's just straight up bolt-on installation? no welding at all?

i didn't think the ark was all that loud. definitely wasn't louder than my pacesetter was. it did sound really good though. basically sounded like stock, but a little deeper and louder. zero rasp, sounded good. but for 850 dollars there better not be any rasp never heard the megan though.

nope,.... the siliencer just goes in... it has dimples on it that i grinded down so it would slid in there easier... but its great imo.. i never have the silencer in...

no i know how the silencer works. i'm asking if the cat-back exhaust is direct bolt-on.

yeah... direct bolt on.. the hardest part is getting the back piece over the rear axle but that just takes some wiggling...
