We're considering having some Cobalt SS floor mats made.

These would be black, and have a RED SS logo, similar to the embroidery on our Cobalt SS seats.

Who would be interested in this ? I dont have an exact price on these yet, but am estimating them to be about $100 for a set of four mats, that would directly match the factory mats in color, shape, and matting.

I'd be in if the logo was in blue...and the price was abit better

I am assuming that these would be available in other colours than red??? looking to match the lazer blue if possible. Would the rear mats have the SS embroidered in them as well? Maybe a silver SS option would be cool too!

I would possibly be interested, if they included something to attach to the tabs on the floor...

We can offer any color you guys want, I just figured that most of you would want red.

the big problem with matching the factory mats is that they will wear out. how about something more sturdy? i know i wouldn't pay 100 for floor matts or anywhere near 100 when i know there's going to be a hole in the left side under the clutch foot in a few months. i got my sturdy rubber ones for like 20 dollars that fit just as well and don't wear out, and don't get dirty.

I think you guys should give the option of buying just the front floor mats or the whole set. I think most would be more icnlined to buy just the fronts becuase let's be honest, our rear seats are virtually useless. I have had my car since August of 06 and nobody has sat in my backseat yet.

Will these be carpet floor mats, or a rubber material? I'd be interested in a black with silver in a rubber material, if possible.

For 100 bucks these would be heavier, better quality mats, not the crap that comes from the dealership, right?

Personally, I don't want rubber, I want carpet. I have rubber ones for the winter, I want a nice summer set. However, I agree that something more durable is needed than the factory material.

I'd prefer rubber. My mats spend more time out of the car than in the car in the summer (have to be removed for racing), so I don't care as much about those. And I'd need ones for the back as well because I DO actually carry passengers (and a dog) back there.

No rubber, that would make the car look cheap, something carperted and rather nice with embroidered logos and maybe a red or blue edge on it...

Rubber BowTie mats at AutoZone, 33 dollars-ish, and they last longer and clean easier.

A set of rubber mats would be great too, especially up here in Canada. Specks most of us here in Canada would buy a set of those.

Once I get back into town next week, Ill place the order and have some made.

unfortunatly no bpt yet. havent heard from them from awhile i wish they would do it though i cant find anything that really nice yet.

yeah im interested. 1 suggestion would be to put the retaining hole in the driver side mat for the hook on the floor. even if its not there ill cut my own but it would be nice

I havent kept an eye on this topic, and Im behind on this project.

Ive ordered a set of stock floor mats so I can make sure that these new mats will match perfectly color, and fitment wise.

Once I get those on friday/monday Ill order the mats, and I plan on offering the mats in black, with RED, YELLOW, SILVER, and BLUE SS logos.

I havent forgotten about you guys, and I will MAKE THIS project happen. Thank you guys for your patience and understanding in me !!

These are sold in pairs, and the SS logo would probably win you some extra points with the ladies, and car shows !
