The CA header will out flow the GMPP manifold basicly due to its design. As for DP I'd also say CA has well know well documented parts. Don't go past 2.5 inch tho as its a waste and you'll kill the lower end torque.

CA header/downpipe is the best by far for the money. I've had my CA header/XTC 2.5" de-cat downpipe in since November '06 and no problems thusfar.

If your willing to spend a bit more, might wanna check out the ZZP mid-length combo.

ZZP ALL THE WAY. What's it at now 369.99? And they just recently made it BETTER than it already was and I have never heard of any problems with one and it gives good gains.

I would go with the ZZPerformance mid length as it can be built for a N/A engine. 1.5" primaries with a 2.5" DP and flange with a cat. Just by the time you order it the right way your looking at $590, not much cheaper than the Vibrant.
Nice thing about the Vibrant is though, it is all Stainless Steel. Vibrant needs to publish more info on what this set up is as I have never seen anyone state what the primaries size are or the DP and flange size are.

Vibrant= 3" flange and 3" downpipe = too big for a 2.4SS IMO.

I'll leave the 3" exhaust components to the 2.0SS/SC guys. Typically, 3" is overkill for any 4-cyl w/o boost, unless its a fully built all motor 4-cyl.

I wouldn't even upgrade to 3" if it was a stock SS/SC. IMO you upgrade to 3" once you get closer to 300whp.

Agreed. 2.5" is plenty enough for our cars.
