My Future set-up! Questions inside.

Here is my future set-up for my 2007 SS/SC Cobalt

Intake

Rebelautoworxs 3.5 TB Spacer + Intake

Exhaust

GMPP Extrude Hone exhaust manifold (Thinking of ZZP but not sure if il work with 2007)
Rebelautoworxs Downpipe
Megan Racing or Magnaflow Exhaust (I Have Magnaflow however Megan Racing advertises more power waiting on a dynometer chart from them, plus it sounds better)

Transmission
B&M Shorty Shifter

Supercharger
GM Stage 1 kit with 2.9 Pulley

Suspension
Eibach Sportlines front and rear
Ingalls Torque Damper

So I have all of these parts except for the Stage 1 Kit

The problem I am having is deciding on what size supercharger pulley I should get and what brand.

Any recommended pulley pullers / installers out there highly recommended? Snap-On (Strap-On because they **** you with the prices) wants to much.

Will the ZZP Header work with a 2007 SS/SC Cobalt? I remember reading about there being something different.

I see that your going with non GM exhaust parts with exception to the header, I would ditch the idea of the GM manifold and get a zzp or vibrant header. The ZZP header will work with your 07.

Also, a 2.9 pulley is the lowest I would go with the 42LB injectors. Buy your pulley from nate, he is a badass!

Ahh thank you for your responses.

Nate thanks for your PM I replied.

07 SS/SC Do you happen to know the Lbs. of the Injectors from the stage 1 kit? or anyone for that fact?

As for the ZZP Headers I am going with a full 2.5 exhaust including DP + Cat. Which header size should I go with? They offer 1.5" and 1.75"

Also I have seen people doing a 1.75 header with a 3" Outlet and a 3" DP going into a 2.5" Cat-back.. what purpose does this server performance wise? It doesnt make sense to me.

Stage 1 and 2 injectors from GM are 42LB injectors.

I would go with the 1.75 header. I think it is the perfect size for our cars and wont be to small if you want to do more performance mods down the road.

Alot of people get the 3" to 2.5 outlet simply because it is 3". The 3" will flow better than the 2.5", also if you decide to do alot of performance mods in the future it will save you from replacing the DP again. Going from a 3"DP to a 2.5" catback doesnt really give you a performance advantage over going with a 2.5 to 2.5. But it doesnt hurt performance either.
