Come, be blinded by the white!

Just finished waxing her. I debagded the entire car, rear and side moldings/GM badges. I painted the bowtie sport red tintcoat and glued it over the trunk keyhole. The I took one GM badge and the COBALT lettering and put on my dash trim.

What do you guys think?

NICE!!!!
I like what you did to the interior, gives it a unique look. Paint job on the bowtie looks good too. Did you pop it off or tape under it?????

Maybe it's just me, but the "cobalt" on the dash looks crooked. Like it's going on a slant or something. Not trying to be an ass though. Everything else looks great!

Its actually straight. The bottom of the dash trim cuts up at an angle, its aligned straight with the top, I'll get a different pic later tonight.

Thanks, I popped it off, 4 coats of tintcoat and 2 coats of clear, then I glued it over the keyhole with some badge glue from Autozone.

Those are the AVS tailight covers, and yes I did paint them.

I'm still getting mixed reviews on those tailight covers! Haha, oh well, I love 'em and they make peoples heads turn.

really like everything youve done so far.

only thing i would say is, i think it would look better with something other than black on the wheels.
they just seem to dark against all that white.

a little bit of silver would really make them pop

I plan on getting some rims in about 10,000 miles (when my tires go bald) Probably some 18's with a silver lip and black spokes. Haven't decided what specific wheel yet though.

Until then, I plan on repainting what I got in a couple weeks here. I didn't put enough coats of clear on em and they're starting to get chips. I plan on painting the inner lip the same color as my bowtie and the spokes will be the same color black they are now, oh and like 10 coats of clear!

No I used Autozone badge glue. I'm pretty sure it was a sticky liquid substance.

Looks good man! I think if you were to paint the bow ties black and the headlight housings black, you'd be set. Looks good regardless!

Chrome lip with black spokes most likely.

I'm gonna be painting my headlights soon, but the bowties are staying red for a reason.

I really like the look you're goin' with there. I was a bit turned off by the white at first, but closer observation proves it's really a great choice. Your appearance looks great, and those tails really work for that color. I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to seeing what you're up to next year.

Did you add that pinstripe? Or did it come with that? Either way I like it!
