Why aren't there 10sec cobalts like that??? I mean you see them every now and then but you see way more srt-4s in that range...

 

Pretty sweet. I Damn do I hope the LNF cobalt will be easier to get even close to those kinda numbers than the SS/SC. Not to start anything.

I would have liked to see the Camaro's time too, but oh well.

 

Because for top power goals we were given the wrong power adder from the factory. This engine can produce a crapload more power than the 2.4L srt motor but only if a power adder can supply enough air. This powerplant is great fro autox and road coursing but for straight out drag GM outlines its all in the build books, but everyone seems to know better than a billion dollar race program so

 

because thats what dodge focused on , Gm directed the cobalt's more twords road racing

I've see that SRT-4 in person at Milan. I dragged there last season. Sick SRT-4. It's got a snail the size of my upper body but that is not that impressive of a time since he sprayed a decent size shot. It's not so much money that can make thing fast as a properly sized bottle, and jet size that can scoot any car down the track at that speed. That SRT-4 is built to run mid 11's on turbo only.

 

i had a big turbo srt4 and those things ****** pull. whats great about it you put a 50trim for example, u can boost 24psi on that bad boy on stock motor.
Friend of mine with just Stage 3 from mopar and basic bolt ons ran a 11.4 at 127 on slicks an 110


See that dude who is a vendor at srt forums is a real cool guy. He didnt invest 10gs in performance parts into that car, sorry to break it to ya.

From what i know dude has bigger turbo, built motor and nos. those are the main thingys.
