ight im thinkin next time i go i should lower tire pressure to i forgot but i wouldve had a good run when i raced a 350 like we both took off bout same time i had him off did they i missed 2nd real bad then the 350 was a lil ahead then i blew by him had like a car n half he said he ran 14.2 i jut threw my slip away lol
what you start at in RPMs is important yes....
but NOT as important as what you do in the 3 seconds after you launch.
you can launch at 1200, but then put to much throttle on and break loose.
or you can launch at 3500, be super soft on the throttle and get a good launch.
so launch rpm isnt everything.
My suggestion is to launch at 2000, see how that works, but be very gentle feeding in the power.
you want to be pulling hard but NOT spinning.

just look at it as a bench mark. now you know what you have done. thats important. lol, i keep adding things to my car without going to the track between mods, so i have no real idea what each does as far as track time... i have a feeling i will be disapointed.
