help

ok I painted my stock rims the other day with this wheel paint that was suppose to be chip resistant but its starting to in a couple of small spots I sealed it with 3 coats of sealer but idk what to do i really liked how they turned out and i like to keep them that way but im out of ideas i did clean them really good with alcohol but i didnt strip or primer them please help me m trying to post pics but this stupid iphone thanks alot

Wow, that was almost impossible to understand/read. I would say start over, sand the area before you paint and use about 10+ coats of clear/sealer.
